Students complete 4 mini projects and a 2-part capstone. Role: ML Engineer.

Covers EDA, reproducible training and inference pipelines with MLflow, scalable data processing with PySpark and Airflow, real-time streaming with Apache Kafka, and an end-to-end capstone from ingest to prediction. Role: MLOps Engineer.

Covers prompt engineering, LLM finetuning, RAG systems, context engineering, agentic design patterns, AgentOps, multi-agent systems, GraphRAG, and MCP integration pipelines. Includes 4+ mini projects and 2 capstones. Role: AI Engineer.

SQL and PostgreSQL foundations, medallion warehousing (bronze/silver/gold), dimensional modeling, star schemas, slowly changing dimensions, analytics engineering with dbt, and cloud warehouses on Snowflake and BigQuery. Role: Data Engineer.

- https://zuucrew.ai/programs/pipelines-at-scale — Building Data Pipelines at Scale (8 Weeks, Intermediate). Ingest with Airbyte, orchestrate with Airflow, transform with production-grade dbt, validate with Great Expectations, scale with Apache Spark and PySpark, and stream with Kafka. Ends with an end-to-end pipeline capstone hardened for production monitoring. Role: Data Engineer.

Covers cloud storage and compute patterns, Delta Lake and open table formats, Snowflake performance/cost/governance, infrastructure as code with Terraform, and CI/CD for data pipelines with GitHub Actions. Role: Data Engineer.
